Paul arrived on time with a helper and went straight to work on the parging. Great job, great quality, used drop sheets to keep the site clean, and still washed the area after finishing. Explained details as he proceeded and was very meticulous to make the work look as best as possible. He was also very keen to do it the right way rather than take shortcuts, which I do appreciate. I'm sure the results will last. - Thank you Paul! I'll definitely keep your business card for future projects.

I did a great deal of shopping around and obtained more than two dozen quotes from different companies, but chose Spring Home in the end, and I'm certain I made the right choice. Being an engineer with some knowledge in the field of refrigeration, it doesn't take me a lot of effort to identify a company that actually knows what they're doing. When I first called Spring Home and spoke with Cy, he went out of his way to stop by my house the same evening despite a tight schedule, just to demonstrate the authentic evaporator coil that they would be installing (many other companies quietly use 3rd-party coils that may not provide top efficiency for certain technical reasons, or charge extra for the native ones). When I met Cy and spoke with him through all the questions I had, I felt very confident that this company could be trusted. All questions were taken very seriously and - where necessary - answers came directly from company engineers. In addition to that, I was very impressed with the price, and overall it felt like a clear winner. On the scheduled installation date, the installers came on time. Very friendly guys, very receptive to questions and concerns, and taking extra steps to do it all neatly and properly. No rushing or shortcuts to get it done quick and dirty, which I definitely appreciate as a professional. I was very pleased with the results and couldn't find anything that might cause a concern (I'm pretty picky). They also installed the "smart" thermostat that finally made use of our builder-installed high-efficiency modulated furnace which was previously controlled by a simple on-off single-stage thermostat. Gosh, what a world of difference!!! There were a few permanently colder areas in our house due to the short (but full-burner) furnace cycles, and this new thermostat has completely changed the game. The whole family immediately noticed the difference. - Thank you Cy for the advice! So, the A/C system was tested and worked great, and still I was informed that since it was very cold outside, the company would be coming back in May specifically to fine-tune the system for the right amount of refrigerant. It's great to see that amount of post-installation concern for customer satisfaction. I will be posting back when I have the system fine-tuned and once the summer heat puts it to test. But so far, I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Spring Home, and keep up the great work!

For a central A/C to work efficiently and last you a long time, installation quality is of paramount importance. Be aware that there are certain installation procedures that MUST be performed in order to ensure system longevity. So, when you're shopping around, don't just look for the cheapest offering, - make sure you choose a company with a proven track record and impeccable reputation.

Hi Alex, Thank you very much for choosing us despite having so many offers. Like you said, most home owners who shopped only asking 2 questions what model/brand and how much. Total performance and value is in the details, workmanship and services. As the saying goes...."High price to pay for low price" . Thank you for referring us to your neigbor Mario.

I had used Des's services in the past and did not hesitate to call him once I needed to have my condo renovation garbage removed. There was lots of it, many long pieces of wood and metal, as well as two very heavy oak staircases that we had decided to replace. Des and his associate have just completed the job and left, sooner than I had anticipated. The price was very reasonable, given the amount and weight of the junk. I will absolutely recommend Des to anyone who asks, and look forward to using his services in the future.

We had just demolished our old kitchen cabinets and wanted to have them taken out for disposal when we figured that uncluttering our condo was also long overdue. So, we wound up with a total of about 1400 pounds of garbage to get rid of. Called Des and he was able to provide a very good quote right over the phone. Set up a date and time, and he and his daughter showed up a little early (how refreshingly punctual!) and were courteous and professional. It was great overall experience. I would certainly use Des's services again, and if you're looking for a garbage removal service I strongly encourage you to give Des a call. You may/will find yourself pleasantly surprised, just as I have.
