Purchased a floor model ceiling fan for a great price. Unfortunately after installation by their recommended installer it didn't work properly. Eldon decided to replace it with another unit rather than trying to figure out the problem with the first one. I appreciated this as I did pay a really low price for the demo model and now I have a brand new one.
Old central vacuum system died and we needed to find a replacement. Looked for a good rated Canadian made unit and found Canavac was the best. They listed their local dealer as Oshawa Vacuum Centre so we visited. Corey showed us all our options and even said we could save money by just replacing the motor in our old unit but we decided we wanted to go with new. When we decided which one to go with he told us how to install it ourselves to save money. Would return to this company and recommend them to anybody looking for good service.

I picked all the materials myself and with great instructions from the staff, I easily installed it in 3 bedrooms. The price was very reasonable and lots of stock on hand. Will use them again when I do the Master bedroom.

Our 30 year old furnace finally broke down on the hottest day of the year and left us with no A/C. We had used the Comfort Shoppe for our water heater and gas fireplace in the past and loved their service so we gave them a call. We expected at least a few days wait to get the new furnace but they came and completed the job the next morning so we had our A/C back and even better than before. Dana did a great job and answered all our questions. We recommend the Comfort Shoppe to all our friends and neighbors.
Very pleased with the work John and his team did. John got right back to us about an estimate and did the work with days. Very professional innovative team that were friendly and worked well together. Added an extra length of eaves that were not in the quote for no charge that improved the system . The job site was left cleaner than when they arrived.

they installed both water heater and gas fireplace insert and we are extremely pleased both with the price and 2 young men who installed them. We will call them when the furnace needs replacing
