The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating of my busy schedule. Because I was unable to go there during the weekday, they made an appointment for me to visit their warehouse on a weekend. Lisa & Keo walked me through numerous fabric options and hardware suggestions. Not only did they offer their design expertise, they also took into consideration my pet cat and told me what would work best with him running around. The work was completed painlessly and efficiently. Definitely will be going back when I redress the other windows.
