We first became acquainted with Ontario Duct Cleaning last spring when we had the Scarborough office clean our ducts. We were so impressed by the job done by Aiden that when we moved to Markham and needed our ducts cleaned in the new house, we naturally contacted Ontario Duct Cleaning. This time, we dealt with a new office because of the location of our new home. Again, they were able to accommodate us quickly and clean our ducts before the installation of a new furnace/air conditioner 2 days later. We were so impressed with the job that Ryan did! He sets high standards for himself and isn\'t satisfied until they have been met. His friendly, outgoing manner, work ethic, and respect for our home make him a real asset to the company and we highly recommend Ontario Duct Cleaning and Ryan especially. And on top of that, they never bug home owners with telemarketing!! Their reputation and word of mouth endorsements speak for themselves in an industry where there are no regulatory standards and there is a flood of incompetent companies all vying for a homeowners'\business.

We recently had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned by Ontario Duct Cleaning - Toronto. We were impressed with the timely scheduling and the prompt arrival of the technician. Each interaction with the company, starting with our contact with Gary, the owner/manager, who explained how they clean ducts, to Susan, the friendly office manager, to Aiden, the technician that actually did the work. He was polite, punctual and treated our home with respect. He is a young man that would make any parent proud and represents the company in an extremely positive way.
