I highly recommend the structural engineering services of 6ix Design Inc. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to explain things in detail and in a way that a non professional could understand. He also went above and beyond in answering final questions from the city, he even drafted an excavation consent letter for us to use, so that we could secure our building permit. A great experience overall and not only do I highly recommend Frank's services, I will look to hire Frank again on future projects.

Due to a leaky basement I decided to waterproof my basement and could not be happier with the services provided by Slavik from aaadrain. I also decided to have a Back Water Valve installed at the same time. I was able to make use of the Rebate offered by the City for such installations. The work provided was of the highest quality and my basement is now dry and I have peace of mind even during the worst rainstorms. I would like to give Slavik and aaadrain my highest recommendation.
