There was a significant amount of demo to be done, including removal and disposal of a cement walkway, wood deck, and large garden area. Install included a new walkway, new garden area, and new lawn. The work occurred during the rainy cold season and regardless the crew got to work on time, put in huge hours, and kept things clean in a mud filled yard. Lastly, the work came in under estimate, and the savings were passed on to me transparently.
