We called SWAT Wildlife because squirrels had burrowed into a space in our roofline. Derick installed a one-way door. He returned 7 days later to complete the job by removing the door and installing flashing over the hole. The job was very nicely done with little fuss. On his second visit we also had Derick install a wire guard below the second floor porch - racoons had been partying under there a bit too hard and it was time to shut them out. The work was cleanly and efficiently done. On the first night the racoons were visibly angry that their party spot has been locked up, but by the second night the droppings and racoon appearances had been cut down. Thanks for the great work!

He provided a very detailed and comprehensive explanation of the work being done, and provided some very interesting insights into locks and being a locksmith.
