We bought white leather sectional sofa from mobilia after couple months the leather on the sofa started to crack even after we bought the treatment from Mobilia as well the sofa started to sagging in few places. We called customer service after three visits from technician they change our sofa to new one. The sofa came in different shades of white, but there was nothing that we could done. Again after few months same issues the leather on the sofa is cracking everywhere and sagging. I email to customer service after two weeks and numerous email someone contacted me. We schedule app the technician never show up and no one called. I called again schedule app the date we schedule they called me to reschedule and I said NO!!! that it is. They sand technician in after all that after 4 days again no one contacted me I called spoke with customer service and they realize that technician did not send them the report which should be done the same day. At this point we are going one month with out answer what will they do with regards to the sofa. Will I buy from there store again NOOOOO, I do not want to spend all my free time calling or emailing them.
