Our water heater stopped working aftrer three years the company we were with was not very trustworthy they were actually going out of business, we got nothing but a run around with them three days in still no hot water so after two phone calls we heard back from Rescom Home Comfort and they sent Mark Cerson to assess the heater, we needed a new electronic box . We had a service man the same day both Mark and serviceman gave us very good service they were both knowledgeable and efficient we were very satisfied with Rescom for such prompt service.
