I am writing this review for those like me who always find the companies and their needed by reading the reviews as I saw this company on line and their great reviews!!!!! I started my kitchen renovation back on to Funerary maybe late January and shop around for cabinet refacing and counter top. I saw Keramin's review as 4 star and called to see if they work with Olympia slab stone as the stone I liked was sitting there in Olympia! Although I live in East end of city took the hassle to go to Dufferin. Eddy was very outgoing and welcoming salesperson and showed me my options and gave me the quote right away and showed a piece of the counter top mentioning that this is what makes us different than the others ( simming line was very fine and barely you could see the joint on edges) that was the time I was completely sold because of their workmanship I will come back to them. He also promised me a free sink. In the contract also mentioned as Free Sink Promotion by Keramin. I got also quote for MDF refacing which was reticulated price for just refacing not even wood cabinet, and I ended up to get the full maple Kitchen( not refacing) same price as Ron ( the other salesperson that I never seen him and I believe he is managing the store) quoted me for just changing the cabinet MDF door! I chose that kitchen company and am very happy with their work and my kitchen cabinet has been done very professionally. Then I realized they do the counter top too and it would be at least $700 less than Keramin but when I looked at their model in their showroom I could see the joints and seaming line, so I stick with the plan and told eddy that kitchen is ready for counter top. Unfortunately he was on his vacation and I had to deal with Ron. I picked square sink and he charged me $300 extra Not to mention we had some sort of arguments of course but they way Ron was talking was so impolite . Note I found so many square sink in big buck stores for the same price but Ron was telling me that they are selling it for 450 and giving it to me for 300. I said OK because I really did NOT like to have any sort of round shape in my kitchen. After installing the counter top I realized something is wrong in this kitchen! Why I do not feel the sharp line or clean line in the corners and sink. Why the joint is so visible! I paid premium for this counter top but I did not get the same workmanship that eddy showed me and I paid premium for sink to show a clean square but around the sink stone has been cut in round shape. Why in the corner where my lazy Suzann is , my counter top is round like the old style countertops!:( Also the smallest part of my counter top which is beside stove (about 12 inch) one side (by the stove) the edge is sharp and the other side (by the wall) is round!!!!! Since then even eddy hasn't return my message for this issue! Very disappointed. I do not recommend this company to any one !!!! No after service whatsoever!

Dear Mojgan
Thank you very much for your review and for taking the time to provide your opinion and comments. I regret to hear of your dissatisfaction with our final production, but would like to thank you for your acknowledgement about our approach with customer and mentioning of some promotions which we have going on. Our friendly and educated staffs always, warm, welcoming and ready to answer any question you may have. We always listen and take the time to go through and educate customers, even potential ones, about their project and what it takes to bring their vision to reality. Some people who appreciate this are the ones who choose us to be a part of their project. We always strive to exceed our client’s expectation however details such as stone choice, material, size of slabs, configuration of kitchen, amount of quartzite or the direction of the grain etc.. are just a few things that need to be taken in to consideration when fabricating which effect the final look.
Natural stone, quartz and other related products represent products of nature and only so much can be done from a production perspective. The granite Valley White, which was selected by you, is the type of stone which has a large amount of grains and is more brittle than other granites, as well the direction of the grain effects the visibility of a seam therefore this seam is more visible than quartz engineered stone, however it is still a very clean and minimal seam which was made possible only with a CNC machine.
After reviewing your project with me, you received an amazing price which is of great value considering what we include. Further you enjoyed our promotion of a free sink that is stainless steel round 16 gauges (which I must add, is only available when there is 40 sq ft + of fabrication and your project was only 30 sq ft), you were not charged for outside GTA charge, we made the attachment of the sink at no extra cost, and more so we held your slab in our facility for almost 4 months before doing the production. Even more we managed your entire kitchen from a small slab exactly 101” x 54” because you wanted to save cost and we managed it all with only 1 seam. As well you got an incredible cost on a square 16 gauge stainless steel sink, which normally depending on the retailer ranges between $450 - $680. All of the above and so much more was provided to accommodate your design and more importantly your budget. I hope that you will enjoy the space to the fullest. With that said, I regret that it wasn’t up to your expectations. We will continue to strive and perfect our processes and fabrication, therefore constructive criticisms is of value to us.
Thanks again Mojgan, for your critical feedback and we appreciate your business and look forward to better serve you and future clients.
Respecfully Eddy and Keramin Management
