Tricolour Concrete underpinned my basement, replaced the drains, installed a back-flow valve, installed waterproofing membrane, weeping tile and a sump well, and installed new window wells. Throughout the project they were courteous and accommodating. They worked with me to make the best plan possible for the drains. Their experience provided the best approach and advice at each stage of the project. The team cleaned up after the job, and Tricolour finished on quote and on time (start to finish in three weeks). Lastly, on the day of the final pour while waiting for the concrete to cure, one of the crew members took my dog for a walk. You can't beat that level of service. Top notch, start to finish. I would gladly recommend Tricolour Concrete.

Milorad has proven himself worthy of the many accolades we had read on Homestars. Finding such a great professional for an equally reasonable price is a wonderful thing. He came for our first meeting exactly when expected, and was able to offer a quote right away. Milorad's workmanship was fantastic. We wanted very small grout lines between our floor tiles and he did a perfect job of this. His design recommendations were also quite helpful. Any questions or issues that we had or small changes requested were dealt with right away and with no arguement. Milorad was also incredibly tidy and protective of our home (even laying plastic down under his tile saw, over an unfinished subfloor). Lastly, Milroad was always friendly and cheerful. He was truly a pleasure to work with. I will be hiring Milorad for all of my future tiling needs. He has left me with no reason to look elsewhere.

Robert Sloan paid us a visit within a few days of our first contact and was extremely helpful on all fronts. He offered great advice including how we could save some cost by digging our own trench for the buried conduit for the garage, and what to expect from the city inspectors. He was also very happy to share his book (a thick binder) of references, and responded with a quote very quickly. Work started shortly thereafter. The Langstaff & Sloan crew were fast, courteous and tidy. The crew lead was also more than happy to follow up on any questions I had along the way and offer welcome advice of his own. I was completely satisfied with the end result and would call Langstaff & Sloan before anyone else should I need electrical work in the future.
