I had aproblem with my 5 year old LG television. It has the best resolution I have ever seen so I wasn't about to let it go easily. I had considerable doubt about "TV repairmen" as my history with some wasn't that good. I called and Terry arrved the next day at the appointed time (E=eve got the courtesy call 15 minutes before he arrived) He had already informed me of the cost for a service which I thught was very low. He examined my TV and told me what was wrong and explained exactly how much it would cost to repair. He gave me a time estimate and took the TV. Terry had said tht it might take a week. Two days later, Terry telephoned to let me now the TV was ready and he could deliver it that day. Absolutely no surprises in cost and terrific service. Terry has renewed my faith and I recommend him to anyone.
