I purchased a stove 6 months ago. The glass door shattered when I touched it. I called Sears and the Manufacturer and have not had a stove for 2 months. It has been a nightmare! I went into Sears and the manager was rude. What recourse does a customer have. I wanted a new stove or my money back. All my major appliances and products in my home are from Sears. But not anymore. I will never purchase anything from Sears again and will not recommend. They do not take care of their customers.
