The Brick has the worst customer service ever! I purchased a couch from the Brick's Signature line 1 year ago. As soon as it was delivered, I noticed a defect in the seam of the back of the couch. I called customer service who sent a rep out to look at the defect. The Brick had a repair tech come to fix the seam. Instead of fixing the seam, they bandaged it but it was still very noticeable. My husband and I were very disappointed as the couch cost nearly $3000. I called customer service again, and the rep was incredibly rude, but eventually agreed to take back the couch to repair once again. After 2 weeks of not having a couch, they sent our couch back in the exact same condition. After nearly a year of going back and forth, sending pictures numerous times, the Brick has not done anything further to assist with my damaged couch. The straw that broke the camel's back was my final call to the brick, and their customer service rep telling me that they would not do anything further for me because my one year warranty was over. After shopping with the brick for over 15 years and giving them thousands upon thousands of our hard earned dollars, we will never, I repeat, never shop at the break again. I will share this story with anyone willing to listen, to ensure they do not give them their business.
