Honestly discussed insurance coverage. The guys were pleasant, helpful, caring. Just a pleasure to work with! Had a history of bad experiences with movers in past, GIG will be the only company I use in the future!
We were with CHUBB for our very simple small business alarm system. Fed up with incorrect people being contacted, unnecessary police dispatches and charges (in spite of clear instructions from us to the company) and call center actually arguing that the person paying for the system was not the one to be contacted first (despite them having done so for the previous 11 years!), we did a search on the internet and found Engineered Alarm Solutions through Home Stars. Gabriel was very nice, quickly came in personally, listened carefully to our needs and provided an accurate estimate. In less than a week very professional and courteous staff installed all the necessary equipment and Gabriel even called after hours to ensure all went well. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Gabriel addressed them promptly and with great kindness and understanding. Even when he is busy and cannot answer your call, he immediately texts you asking if it's Ok to call back in a little while (and calls back usually within 15-30 minutes)! We are now planning to switch our home system to Engineered Alarm Solutions.

Unfortunately, you are not the only client that we have heard they had issues with large Security Companies (i.e. Monitoring Station does not respond quickly enough when the alarm does off, or just they dispatch Police/Fire Department before confirming what happened with the emergency contacts, or they are too expensive, etc.) . As always, efficient, attention to detail. Flooring contractor delayed finishing his job by a week, but knowing we had to open no matter what, Erki worked around the flooring contractor and still managed to finish his job on time. Removal of stucco, straightening, patching and painting ceilings

Throughout the job, he was very precise in ensuring that everything was covered up and any disturbance to the household was minimized.
