I woke up this morning to a cold shower, which is unusual as typically I like to almost burn myself. Lo' and behold, my hot water tank had died. I called A Better Way around 10 A.M. after "shopping around." Jason arrived at 1, surveyed the issue, and by 5 I had a new hot water tank humming along. You might not believe some of the other reviews about how friendly and personable Jason is (and his employees are too). But, it's completely true: from start to finish he was incredibly professional, friendly, and just genuinely nice. I also have to point out that the cost was entirely fair (in my opinion it was quite low but others may disagree). Emergency plumbing is never pleasant, but Jason made the entire experience as good as I can possibly imagine it being. I highly recommend him, he has earned my trust and if the need arises again, my business.
