We needed a new back patio and a walkway from the front of the house to get to it. We chose Jairo for his price and design ideas. We are so happy with how it turned out! Hard working crew, excellent job, highly recommend! Two of our neighbours want to hire him too. He also replaced a gate and fence panel for us.

John & company put a new roof on for us 1 year ago and I wanted to wait for some of the asphalt 'debris' to run off before replacing the gutters. Well now it was time. Called John and he called me with an estimate a few days later. The work began a few days after that. His crew were quick and efficient. It's amazing what an improvement the new gutters are, the house looks cleaner! John followed up a few days after they were installed. Coincidentally my husband had JUST noticed a leak. Leo came back the very next morning and fixed it for us. And apparently their work is guaranteed for 5 years. Could not be more happy with the service (and price!) from this company!!! Thank you again John!

We were switching from an old cedar roof to asphalt and John took the time to explain the products to us. When the roofing team arrived they were efficient and finished in 3 days, exactly as John said they would. Each evening they cleaned up after themselves and I could not be more happy with the look of the new roof! Great value.
