Lea Ann in Mimico

We hired Toronto Maid Service / Green Maid / Canada Maid Service in 2009 to clean our home. We bought into a series of 8 cleans for $770 and repeated the order twice (we had no ongoing contract). The service itself was OK. However, in December 2009, we cancelled the service when they billed our VISA without authorization for the second time. Although they promised to refund the unauthorized charge, it took almost 2 months and a threat to call the police to get the charge refunded. 3 months later, we are still trying to get our keys back through a Better Business Bureau complaint (there are many lodged on the BBB site).
