We had Palazzetti Modern Furniture build a custom dining room table and chairs for us and are beyond happy with the results. We had seen a style we liked in a magazine and were thrilled that Palazzetti was able to recreate a similar look with both the woodwork of the table and upholstery of the chairs. We are working with an interior designer and she was likewise very happy with the end result. Have bought pieces from Palazzetti in the past but this was the first time we commissioned them to do custom work for us. The customer service is terrific- they are quick to answer emails and their delivery service is reliable. We have been very happy dealing with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I am sure we will use them again!

We were looking for a bit of help to deep clean a few rooms in our home before putting it on the market. We didn't have a lot of time to find a company and book someone in, but Marie made the booking process easy and was very accommodating. I didn't feel any pressure to book extra people as I did with some of the other companies I called, rather Marie understood that we were just looking for a hand for a few hours and scheduled us accordingly. The prices were also very good compared to some other companies I quoted with. We had Marie for a few hours and she did a fantastic job of scrubbing our bathroom tiles and making our kitchen shine. We kept her on a bit longer to help us with some of our windows and doors. Overall we were very pleased with the ease of booking and quality of the service.

We had a leak in my dishwasher; called Calvin from C K Appliance & Refrigeration Service after Googling kitchen appliance repairs and he called back immediately. He diagnosed the issue over the phone, ordered the part and showed up on time two days later and fixed the problem. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. My basement got flooded and I had Fiber Protection Services come do an assessment to see if the carpet was reparable. A thorough clean was done and a quick assessment made. Very knowledge staff to inform me of implications to give me an informed decision. Great work.

We had a problem with a hot water heater, our basement got flooded. When we called Dellwood for a technician, our call was answered very quickly and politely, and the technician was sent out promptly. The required parts were ordered very fast and the repair itself was done professionally, we were absolutely satisfied.
