I received a flyer in the mail for Acker Home Inspection. I did my research and was pleasantly surprised with the overall positive reviews online. I went ahead and booked my inspection with Phil Acker & it was an absolute pleasure from the moment we spoke over the phone until the moment he left my home at the end of the inspection. Phil was right on time, very polite, attentive to detail, & takes his time to explain each and every aspect of the inspection & takes care not to rush any part. As a matter of convenience, Phil also provides Radon Testing Kits, which I was looking to acquire to test for Radon in my new home. Phil also has his report ready & sent to you via email before he even leaves your home (how convenient!). The report is also done in the same format as that of TARION's online submission, thereby making it a very stress-free experience to submit the TARION warranty. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Acker Home Inspection for any of your Home Inspection Requirements.
