We hired jonathan Rowe operating as Jett group to construct a one bedroom addition to our home in July 2014. Upon signing he said the work would be completed by December 2014. Ten months later jonathan has failed to produce building plans or the requisite City permits despite assuring me the application was submitted as part of a 'pooled application' that was already approved by the City and we did need to go before the committee of adjustments. He also claimed that a structural engineer had reviewed the plans that he alegedly submitted but was unable to produce details of the engineer in question. Full repayment of funds has been repeatedly requested but we still have not received any of our money back from jonathan rowe. He has not completed any work on the project or provided proof that any plans or permits have been submitted to the City or that any supplies have been purchased.
