Moved into a new subdivision 2 years ago and had many eaves company stop in to sell their service. After getting quotes from all of them, doing some online research (including reviews on this site) and speaking to friends we decided to go with Maize since it appeared they had good product and good customer service. The install day went great, crew was quick, clean and efficient. We were told some adjustments may be needed and potential leaks may occur at which point we should contact them for simple fixes, it was all covered. Good so far...until the post install customer service. Over a period of 3.5 months I spoke to my "site rep", the receptionist at Maize and even the manager/owner for a total of 8 calls...that's not even one call a week. Every time I was told the same line "it should get done this week, the repair crew is in your area"...but nearly 4 months later and nothing yet. Funny enough I see their trucks around my sub-division all the time and have even stopped and asked them for the quick fix but they always say it's not on their daily schedule. What would be a 20min job to fix everything has dragged out for 4 months. If Maize can guarantee you that they will install everything and never have to come back then I would recommend them. Otherwise I would go with someone else.
