EXTREMELY disappointed in final products! Was a full time job (with zero compensation) to report shortcomings so they could be "fixed", not to mention all the mishaps and the request to "speak to my husband" when asked if I would compromise on design due to contractor error and I would not. While DBK is willing to correct all errors, they should be noticing, not us. Customer service was horrible, expecting us to compromise on quality because we were too picky-which we totally are not! ...in tears now because of this bad experience with seemingly no end... DBK please don't respond, I'm still waiting for a return phone call from the owner.
