Thank you for your response, I'm sorry you feel that way. Let me recap the charges. 1. $79 service fee + $8.75 TFS which you agreed to when the call was booked. 2. $49 diagnostic fee to find the wiring problem & $59 to replace the faulty device for a total cost of $170.75 after you used our $25 discount coupon. The GPS on our truck showed approx 1.5 hours including travel time from start to finish for the job. We always tell our customers the charges upfront & they can say no at any time, I understand sometimes the customers perception of costs are not necessarily in line with the reality of costs.
