We began the building process in December of 2013 with Pacesetter. We were extremely happy with our sales manager Michelle. All our questions were answered. Took possession of the house and still loved it. A few issues here and there but nothing major. However, in our contract we were told NO SEASONAL HOLDBACKS. We took possession October 2014 and our rough grade was not completed nor were our window wells properly completed. We were told the window wells would be done immediately and not to worry about the rough grade as it would be better come spring. Well its almost June and no rough grade and our window wells arent done. Oh and there is builder supplies and junk from the builder in a big pile on my property that I pay taxes on. We sent an email to the seasonal department and got a copy and paste answer back. My husband sent two more emails, zero response. I have left a voicemail with the warranty department, zero response. Right now in my mind, Pacesetter in in Breach of Contract as it clearly states wtih my initials beside it NO SEASONAL HOLDBACKS. Extremely disappointed with our treatment.

Hello Dana,
We are very sorry to hear this experience has been frustrating for you. Your salesperson should have clearly explained to you what 'no seasonal holdbacks' means, because it seems there is a misunderstanding or miscommunication involved. We care about how our customers are treated, and would like to discuss the matter with you. Could you please send us an email at pacesettersales@qualico.com with your job number and/or home address so we can look into this in detail? We look forward to working with you to resolve this matter.
