We had a flood caused by a crack in the in the Poly B pipe involving vast quantities of water. The insurance company hired a restoration company. It also became clear that our insurance would not be renewed until Poly B was 100 % removed. Also restoration would not begin until that part had been done. We got two quotes and while both were quality company Morley and Plumber MD easily won the bid. His quote included more work that the other company missed. As an aside the other company charged 250 $ for the quote even though free estimates are mentioned on his site. We could not have selected better. Morley and company were responsive, professional, fast, efficient and so easy to deal with. We did not have to move out. By professional he improved our plumbing taking no shortcuts. The piping is secured as to code which is tough in a finished house. He changed out the the main bath faucet from hot and cold to single handle with anti scald. That was needed and appreciated. The layout of the new piping so neat and clean much better than the all over the place original installation. Morley Jessie and Taylor worked on the site and they were all obsessive of about doing an excellent job. They were tidy and each day left us with enough water to live in the house. They cut the holes in the ceiling and drywall with care so they can be reused to put the house back in order. Plummer Md does not do that work but has a drywaller contact that fixes the hole ready to paint for 100 $ per hole. As we are getting our house restored I actually started putting the pieces back which is easy and I have done 7 already. The pieces were well labelled and fit back in like a charm. The estimate was exactly the final price. As we needed the work out of the way before restoration Morley managed to accommodate us right away by juggling his schedule. We also have the letter that affirms that there is zero Poly B left in the house which was the guarantee included in the original estimate. We can actually say that we have never had a better experience with a contractor and unreservedly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Last fall we needed some work done and decided at that time to do eaves-troughs and to clad the eaves. Jean Francois gave us a quote but warned winter may get in the way and it did. So he followed up this spring and did the job this weekend past. Yves and partner turned up and told them what they were going to do and got our input on all the downspout effluent points to avert any pooling near the house which was key.They worked steadily and hard till 7 pm and then came back the next day to complete the job. The work was professional and looks great . We paid for the job only when it was complete and Jean Francois was sure we were happy. We had squirrel problems and I removed soffits to clear it up. We dealt with the squirrels but now needed to close the house to keep them out. We called a lot of companies but only one responded to help. Most companies are busy. Moes company also busy but came to the rescue on a weekend. The work was done well and we really felt Moe went the extra mile for a small job be ause it was urgent. We certainly recommend gutter patrol to anyone. Rosina and Brent Way
