I was looking for quality installation on quality window products. anderson windows are quality window products so the key was to find an installer who cared about the job they did. this company cares about the job they do. we got quotes from pella, nordic, anderson, lepage, & entryguard. we knew they were all quality doors (sliding glass) & the price was competitive for all of them but anderson offered a wood framed sliding glass door with an aluminum clad exterior & stainless steel rollers & a multipoint lock for less than lepage. so it was between lepage & anderson & lepage only had a lift & slide door in our size which is custom (the whole width of the house & height of the 1st floor) for $7,000 more than anderson quote. so then we had to see if this anderson seller would do a good job on installation. they convinced me that they would by whatever means. & they did. they are not high pressure they are very low key but thats a good thing. they answered my questions well & did what they said they would do leading up to the purchase. so we went with them & now we have a place i'm comfortable going with for all our windows & doors. Good work guys! I also want to update & say that when mike & alex were done with the installation - they said they would come back the next day to finish some aluminum trim on the exterior of the house. so the next morning around 8:00 am 1st thing they came as promised & did more great work on the aluminum trim. the trim looked great with good caulking around the edges & was well installed with all the little details done. - more great work.

called to order cartridges for a lokert bathroom faucet. was told they would be there on about 5 occasions & they kept coming up with excuses about why they didn't have them yet. found out finally the owner john was having heart surgery & all the lokert parts are in his house & no one else had the key. really what more can I say. the Vaughn store especially is like doing business in a 3rd world country.

the same security system monitoring offered by other companies but tmc charges 1/4 the cost. what more is there to say. oh I have to have 30 words so ...

I hired leon to do our back patio with interlocking stone & rebuild some faux stone steps. his workmanship was outstanding (see pics). his crew were outstanding (mature hard workers). his integrity is outstanding (I asked him a couple of times to change something we had talked about & also to come back to fix a drainage issue & both times he was more than happy to do it & did it well). he takes care of his clients. when talking to him about how I wanted the back patio to look he would listen to what I wanted & try to suggest things when he felt it would look better or for cost reasons but when/if I said no do it my way he would say okay no problem. showed up on time & did the work on time. I enjoyed working with him & having him do the work & thats the way a renovation should be. working with him was basically stress free because after I saw how he worked & the quality of his workmanship & how he would come back to take care of stuff when I asked I knew he was good at what he did & he was a good guy then not only am I not worried but I'm looking for more stuff for him to do around my house. he has great attention to detail & the skill to back it up. he also has integrity & professionalism. he also offers a 5 year warranty on his hardscapes & a 1 year warranty on his softscapes. he's well recommended by unilock as well. an integrity filled very skilled, & honest person. Pleasure to work with him.

Simply the best. Better than all the rest. Seriously have you ever seen those commercial construction workers working on high rises in downtown Toronto & wonder how do I get somebody like that to work on my house. well its easy just call triumph. we have a small 3rd floor balcony but the floor of this balcony under the floating deck is a flat roof & a microcosm of every roofing problem that you can have & every roofing challenge that you can have in a flat roof. basically I watched these guys work for 4 days straight. they would come around 7 or 8am & stay until about 6:00 pm working the whole time. after watching them apply our soprema roof I can say the same thing I told them & that's that i'll never be ever to watch another roofing contractor put on a roof. they do everything right from the materials to the skill of their workers. our foreman would do things like stop working & look at a situation & think for a several minutes about how to approach it. then he would go. he spent hours getting down with his face 3 or 4 inches from a seam while he was sealing it & making sure it was perfect. but my impression of the company was from top to bottom they are doing things right. another example was some cladding needed to be replaced below the roof line. I discussed with their sheet metal supervisor a way to do it & he went off & did it differently but his way was far superior to what we discussed. in one 1/2 hour visit he picked up some fine details in the curtain wall beneath the roof line & mimicked them with the siding making it look incredible. I was thoroughly impressed by this company & I will be telling my grandkids about them & my experience with them doing my roof. it was life changing. & i'm not even kidding. they also did the rear façade of my house. their specialty is also cladding & building envelope. they stripped off the plywood that had been the exterior finish on the house & then stripped off blue skin under that that was on top of more plywood & then filled in any missing insulation & then replaced all the layers except with tyvek instead of blueskin & then installed vinyl siding & some copping on the canopy roof. again they were amazing to watch work. they worked on the hottest day of the year in direct sunlight & stripped all that plywood & blueskin off in one day. the vinyl siding & aluminum copping & trim job they did was basically perfect. & they are great to work with. very nice hardworking & technically proficient with outstanding workmanship. I lost the pics of them doing the roof but I have them of them doing the rear façade.

called for emergency drain replacement on balcony flat roof floor. arrived in 15 min. needed roofers to remove membrane before repairing drain. had to coincide plumber appt with roofer work so due to weather 2 appointments cancelled each time dane said he could be there at the exact time we needed him. finally 3rd appointment good weather roofers did their work & dane again with short notice of that morning was able to be there at the exact time we needed him. replaced drain with top quality metal drain without being asked. good sign they use quality parts by nature. excellent company & plumber.

we had our house renovated completely. the plumbers we hired were not that good. I called express rooter to fix some plumbing issues & they did a great job. I wish we had hired them on our project the 1st time.
