Devon and his team were conscientious about doing a good job. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up when the job was done. Replaced outlet covers and curtain rods. Will hire again for our next paint job.

Excellent and professional service
We had a leak in the basement and sent a request for service via HomeStars to Dima Plumbing. Brad responded within minutes by phone. Explained the issue and he said they would have someone to the house the next day around 6:00pm although, due to high volume of frozen pipe calls, they could be later. As it happened, they were delayed but Brad called twice to update us on new time. This level of communication is usually sadly lacking from tradesmen and we appreciated the updates as we completely understood they were busy and unable to provide timelines when they wouldn't know how long each service call might take. When Calvin arrived he quickly diagnosed the leak and made a repair for a fair and reasonable price. Made recommendations on how to avoid further issues with this pipe freezing. Cleaned up the work area and was overall friendly and professional. Would recommend this plumbing service to friends and family.

Brad and Calvin definitely seem to be good plumbers, and they deserve the review you wrote. The only problem is that Brad and Calvin do not work for Dima Plumbing, and as such you have reviewed the wrong company by mistake. Since every review counts, I want to thank you for the time you have put in writing this review, but unfortunately Dima Plumbing was not the company that serviced you. Hope you will have a good week!
