I ordered windows for my whole house and the sales rep seemed nice. Once they received my d50% Deposit for the windows, the customer service i got from them declined rapidly. My scheduled install date was a total NO SHOW, no windows showed up at all and there was no call to let me know they had changed the install date. Then on my second install date they only provided me with HALF of my windows because they hadn't built the other half of my windows yet, and there was no knowledge of when they will be ready, and again no call from Oasis at all the let me know about this mistake or to try to rectify the situation at all. I had to call them many times and no one cared to call me back to tell me what was going on. I would never recommend this company to anybody, they don't seem to give a crap about there customers at all, they only seem to care about payment. Now the windows themselves seem to be great quality so far and I can't complain about the craftmanship of them at all, but the crappy customer service and the total lack of respect and not making deadlines more than once totally turned me off.
