We have used Jim two times, once last year (2019), to clean our windows, and this year we added gutter cleaning. Jim shows up on time, prepared, personable, and detail oriented. His prices are incredible, and the work is second to none. He takes his time, and is also friendly and personable. Great with Dogs, which is an added bonus for us with 2 German Shepard dogs. Many contractors are uncomfortable (Which I understand) but Jim was just fine. Makes the inside part of the cleaning to get in behind the screens, much easier.

I woke up at 6 am to discover the house was 16 degrees and it was minus 7 outside. The Furnace broke overnight. My husband called Aire Serv and within a few hours they dispatched a repair tech. He quickly discovered the ignitor was dysfunctional and left to get a new one. The tech returned shortly, repaired the furnace and the heat was back on. Personable proffessional and efficient. I Absolutely would refer them.

After Purchasing a new home with an almost black hardwood floor and carpet on builder grade stair case- we thought we would have to rip up the hardwood and install brand new stairs. We had 3 flights of stairs for a total of 22 stairs, almost black dining room floor in oak, and upstairs hallway done in maple - with the same dark finish. We thought this would be insanely priced ... and considered installing laminate, as we were going to rip up all the rest of the carpet in the house - and replace it with laminate. Oh did I mention that we have three German Shepherd Dogs? Carpet - and hardwood could be a disaster. We looked online and found Grand River Hardwood Flooring, and reached out to find out what our options were. They had the best website of images - that gave us great ideas! Blaine came to the house - and inspected the areas we wanted done. The dogs did not phase him one bit. He suggested CAPING the stairs instead of installing entire new ones... what a SAVINGS that was... he also said he could match the hardwood colour (Oak AND Maple) to the laminate we had picked out for the rest of the house. They came - and in 1 week - we had beautiful new floors. The colour was amazing, the finish fantastic, and 6 months later - the stairs have handled the dogs... which amazes us. They were timely, clean, personable and professional. They saved us a fortune, and the quality was second to none. I even posted all the pictures on my Facebook page - and gave them credit...and friends and family have all commented on the beautiful floors we now have. They are the best, and I would recommend them.
