I am a perfectionist and look for quality work and good value - it's not very often that businesses meet my (realistic, but high) expectations. I contacted Richard after seeing reviews on HomeStars and after talking in the phone with him, my partner and I knew instantly that he was the guy for our job. We visited him at the shop, and we knew we made the right choice. After our work was done, we were so happy with our decision!! We had already designed the foundation of what we wanted (custom kitchen cabinet addition and surrounding-the-bed cabinets), but Richard really brought it to life, more than we could have ever imagined. He was super kind and down-to-earth, very knowledgeable about his trade, extremely responsive, on time, and amazing at what he does! He truly goes above and beyond, cares about the little details (and his clients). He was the perfect match for my perfectionism, and his price was the most reasonable of all the quotes we received. We are so grateful to have found him and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him without hesitation. We are telling all our friends and family about him. You will not be disappointed!!

In June 2015, we had a new roof installed by Jason's team and I provided a glowing review for them (see prior review). I'm back, albeit a bit late, but better late than never, with a follow up to that review. In November, we had noticed water damage on the ceiling of the 2nd floor bathroom fan (the fan was installed by a different contractor, who essentially did a shoddy job). We called Jason who came to look at the damage. He assured us there was nothing wrong with the roof, however, it was the fan that was not installed properly. He noted there had been some shortcuts taken to this installation, leading to condensation not escaping properly, rather it was leaking right back down the (incorrect type of) tubing, causing the ceiling damage (I believe this diagnosis because all the other jobs done in my home by the other shady contractor had all fallen apart throughout the year, so the bathroom fan not being installed properly was no surprise). Anyhow, Jason offered to fix/replace the entire fan unit AT NO COST TO US. He fixed it for free. He didn't have to fix it period, but he did, at no cost to us. You can't really beat that kind of service! Also, while he was in the attic, he noted that the insulation wasn't done correctly. He suggested we contact some insulation specialists to find out what needs to be done, and that he may be able to help us out with the work itself. I am an extreme perfectionist when it comes to paying for services, and I have never come across someone with the level of commitment to his clients that Jason has. I would recommend him and his team 500%, I wouldn't even bother looking around. He truly cares about his clients, and that you can't beat. Jason, sorry for this review being so late, but thank you again for your help. You have no idea how much something so simple (to you) meant to us. You have gained us as a client forever, and we will continue to recommend you to our friends and family!! We can't thank you enough!

We called Templar wanting to get a quote for mould removal in our new home and from the beginning they were nothing but accommodating. They made it out that same day and fit us in the next day for the work to be done. David was amazing! He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and knowledgeable around the process. The team showed up the next morning and they were quick and efficient. Robert followed up with a phone call a couple of days after to ensure we were happy with the service. We were more than happy!! I have already recommended Templar to someone I know and will continue to do so! Thank you Templar!

Our experience with Logik has been nothing but positive. Jason arrived on the day we requested, took measurements and provided a detailed quote right on the spot. The team, lead by Jeremy, showed up on time, got the work done same day, and cleaned up so well, you really wouldn't have known they were there. Jeremy and the team were knowledgeable, efficient and personable! We had our eaves troughs & downspouts replaced as well by a subcontractor thru Logik, and they were equally as professional, reliable and did a wonderful job. Communication with Danielle was excellent - she always returned calls and her client service skills were through the roof (pun intended)! We would recommend Logik hands down! Thank you all!
