Moji is the epitome of an honest and kind person! It was an absolute pleasure having him install all the security cameras around my house as well as installing a nest door bell that required wiring. He did a very clean job with zero wires showing. He also spent time in thinking of the most optimal spot to position the cameras to make sure nothing unnecessary would be blocking the view. His pricing is great and service is exceptional! Any questions I had prior to committing to him, he was able to explain in detail which made me feel comfortable in choosing him to do the installation over the others I found off Google. UPDATE: This company has responded to my review and is choosing to go the route of "sorry we do not have you in the system, please reach out blah blah". I have attached the print screen of the ESTIMATE provided by this company as a proof of service to vindicate any "system error" excuse being used. The estimate clearly shows your number, your company name, and your website. Nice try. Technician completely unprofessional. Arrived an hour early. Spent over 1.5 hours "diagnosing" the issue and would not pick up my calls, text me back or even call me to communicate what was going on when I am the owner of the unit and the tenant was there just to show him up to the unit. Received an outrageous quote a few days later almost $600 to fix a locked laundry door. The laundry machine cost around $800 brand new... I called the manufacture to confirm each part written on the quote as well as the pricing. On the quote the technician attempted to charge me for parts that were clearly NOT required for the fix or even related to the issue at all, which clearly shows how this guy has no idea what he is doing and he's just trying to figure it out as he goes. Paid $89 for someone just to come in and pretend they have any idea what they are doing.
