Todd the owner opened up his schedule on short notice to do a complete service to my home 5 days after I had a complete replacement of my home's HVAC system. Here is what Todd completed for me: 1) duct cleaning - 32 vents total, including 5 returns (2 upstairs hallway, 1 MBR, 1 floor return in BR, 1 in family room) 2) central vac cleaning, including all 5 outlets (1 main hallway, 1 family room, 1 upstairs hallway, 1 bedroom, 1 basement) 3) dryer vent cleaning (short duct run approx 6 feet from back of dryer to outside wall exit vent) 4) Master bathroom exhaust fan complete removal/cleaning, and surface cleaning and duct blowout for all other bathroom fans Todd was completely professional, passionate about his craft, articulate in explaining his process and how thorough it was in contrast to other services (e.g. the $250 ones that are in and out in a couple of hours max), and was extremely thorough in the cleaning itself. My home is about 3500 sq ft with a finished basement and Todd was here for 5-6 hours in total - no cutting corners for him! I had not done a proper duct cleaning etc on my home in the entire 13 years I have been here, so I wanted to do it right, so even though Ozone/Todd was not the cheapest for sure, I appreciated how he explained why a more complete process would be worth the "premium". This is important, because I can tell you after thoroughly researching competing services in my area, this is NOT a commodity service! I highly recommend Todd and Ozone and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

On August 9, 2018 I enjoyed absolutely exemplary service from the Peel Heating and AC team during an all-day installation of a replacement A/C, Furnace, Humidifier, Air Cleaner and WiFi thermostat solution that, FYI, I ordered through Costco's Installation Services program (unbelievable price along with $1500 Costco cash card)! Before the master technician, Marcel (more on him later), arrived, two younger, thoroughly professional and pleasant installation technicians - Alex and Kyle - showed up to assess the furnace room and A/C outside unit and begin prepping for the installation. I cannot complement these two young men enough! Not only were they polite and competent, but they had no problem addressing my questions and concerns. Then Marcel arrived and the team got even better! He has been in the business for 20 years and believe me it shows! Incredibly professional, thorough, again answered any questions/concerns I had during installation AND he proceeded to execute an astonishingly "clean" installation of a completely new HVAC installation in my furnace room. New furnace, new A/C evaporator/coil set, new air cleaner element, and new lower return duct work, and new larger HVAC exhaust and air supply piping. Alex and Kyle took care of a new outside A/C compressor unit. In addition, they "corrected" outside piping and electrical components that were not compliant with current standards. They cleaned up everything almost as thoroughly as my Italian wife would (it would be tough to actually meet her standard lol). One more thing about Marcel - I commented to him during the work that I noticed more than a few occasions where if my late father was supervising his work, he would be impressed by the way Marcel did not "cut corners" with how he installed or fixed various items. Obviously, I like most people don't order new HVAC systems or even components that often, and this was my first time using the services of Peel Heating and AC, so I only have this work to comment on. However, if this particular team is any indication of how Peel approaches their work and their customers, then I have no hesitation in recommending them for work of this kind, and I anticipate taking advantage of their expertise in the future if needed (although I hope I don't need them very often!).

My wife and I started to hear scratching and other noises in the ceiling of our master bedroom about 3 weeks ago, and after ignoring it as animals on the outside of the house, it became obvious we had a problem. A telephoto shot of a squirrel nesting in the soffit at the back corner of my house confirmed it a day later. After having a competing animal control service come to do an assessment (where I couldn't get the rep out of my house fast enough due to lack of professionalism), I got a referral to "All Wildlife Removal" from the company that was replacing my roof. The next day Paul, one of the founding owners, came to the house and confirmed the problem was indeed squirrels, and that the mother was frantically trying to get at her babies that the roofing company had inadvertently closed into my ceiling/roof. The next day, right on time (in fact a little earlier than they had committed), Mike, the operations mgr, Brandon (the senior animal technologist), and 3 other assistants descended like a "SWAT team" to do 3 things: 1) assess the extent of the infestation (e.g. dead animals?, how many?, where?, etc); 2) plan the optimal exit point for the animals, and; 3) protect other areas of the home to prevent follow-on infestations. The team was in and around my home for only about 90 minutes after installing a humane 1-way trap exit door and multiple steel mesh screening around vents and “roof/soffit interfaces” as well as installing extra screws for gutters, soffits etc. Mike and his team were incredibly professional, worked in and around my home in a respectful and efficient manner, cleaned up behind themselves, and were obviously concerned about humanely dealing with the offending animals. As this is an un-regulated industry, I really did not know what to expect from people in this line of business, but Mike and the team from All Wildlife exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and to that end, I already have to 2 neighbours on my street.
