Rob is an electrical genius! I cannot thank him enough! First off, I called slightly after standard business hours and expected to leave a message. Yet to my surprise Rob answered my call! First Gold Star in my books! He then took the time to go over the details of our electrical problem. He offered us a troubleshooting solution that could potentially save us time and money! So we tried it...and it worked!!! He could have simply quoted us a price and had someone come over, but instead he actually had us start by trying something that would cost us absolutely nothing if it worked. In this day and age, finding great customer service can be a difficult task. How refreshing to find an electrician like Rob who takes the time to honestly help clients. Thanks to Rob's advice, we didn't end up needing the service call. However the rates provided in the event we had needed it, were more than reasonable! If we ever need an electrician again, Rob and his team will definitely be the only people we call!
