This service is a joke. We've been using them on and off for about 5 years. For the most part I'd rank the cleaning as a 3 out of 10, however they were recently at our house where we paid for three bedrooms to be cleaned. They only cleaned two of the three because the door on the third bedroom was closed. I asked them to come back and they said they would not because it was a "misunderstanding". Um, was it a misunderstanding also that we paid for three bedrooms to be cleaned. They also said that they could not clean the fridge on this cleaning because they didn't have time. Overall the job was terrible, as it usually is. Will not be using them again. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I spoke with the owner on this, and her vibe was unresponsive and not responsible. Yuck.

Dear Sarah and James. We are very disappointed with this review. After receiving your phone call that overall you were pleased with the cleaning of your home but had a concern regarding the bedroom and inside the fridge we called you both many times and left many voice messages to talk about your concerns. As we explained in our telephone conversation we would have cleaned the inside of the fridge, no problem, but the cleaner had one hour remaining/left in the clean when you called to get this done. With the cleaner completing another area of the home with the one hour remaining it was not possible to clean inside of the fridge which we explained at that time. If you had informed us that you wanted the fridge to be cleaned at time of booking or called us at the start of the clean the cleaner would have adjusted the cleaning plan accordingly to clean inside fridge. For sure we would have cleaned the third bedroom but with a bedroom door closed and no note to say it was okay to enter the closed bedroom it is a general understanding across all cleaning companies that a cleaner does enter bedrooms where a door is closed due to privacy. Again, unless a note is left that it is okay to enter the closed bedroom we do not enter for these reasons. We explained this in our conversation; hence the disappointed with this review.
