Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT and nobody's is ever to answer the phones. Have a problem with the service or billing, forget it, they won't call back or email back. Their accounting is late in sending me an invoice and they are bullies to get it paid ( service was in November, they send me a bill in March 16. I used them before and never had an issue.

HAD THIS COMPANY INSTALL A METAL ROOF YEARS AGO AND JUST RECENTLY EXPERIENCING A SQUIRREL INFESTATION PROBLEM. SQUIRRELS HAVE BEEN CHEWING ON THE ROOF'S END-CAPS (MADE OF PLIABLE TIN) AND ENTERING MY HOME THRU THE CHEWED ENTRY POINTS AND CAUSING EXTREME DAMAGE IN MY WALLS AND CEILINGS. I REPORTED THE GRAPHIC SQUIRREL PROBLEM TO THE COMPANY AND EMAILED THEM PICTURES OF OF THE DAMAGE. THE COMPANY SAYS OTHER CUSTOMERS OF THEIRS REPORTED RODENT ISSUES WITH THEIR ROOF. THE UNPROFESSIONAL ANSWER I GOT WAS "IT'S AN ACT OF GOD AND ITS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CHEWED TIN ROOF MATERIALS . MY QUESTION IS HOW IS THIS AN ACT OF GOD WHEN THE MATERIALS USED ON THE ROOF AND IMPROPER INSTALLATION AN ACT OF GOD? THE COMPANY WILL REPAIR THE PROBLEM REPLACING THE FAULTY ENDCAPS AT A COST. ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VIRTUALLY NON-EXISTENT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BACK. STILL WAITING. HORRIBLE. i CALLED HEAD OFFICE IN BC TO COMPLAIN -- JUST AS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO-CALLBACK ON THIS FAULTY MATERIAL/INSTALLATION ISSUE.
