We desperately needed new steps for the front of our house and heard about this company who were recommended to us through a friend who's also a realtor. Domenic came over and gave us a quote and showed us some pics of what he had done at other houses. Its was just before Christmas and we were lucky that the weather was so mild that he was able to come in and do the work the following day! It took a day longer to finish only because he had somehow miscalculated his measurements but he took responsibility for his mistake and swallowed the costs which I have NEVER heard of a contractor doing before. The end result was that we have a new set of beautiful steps at the front of our house that we are very happy with!

David was recommended by a work colleague after he had some water damage in our kitchen ceiling from an overflowing bathtub. He came by, assessed the damage and was able to repair it that day. He followed up with us the next day to do some sanding and the job was done! He explained everything he was doing thoroughly sir there wouldn't be any surprises and the price he charged was more than fair. We highly recommend his services!

We had a few raccoons and squirrels in our roof from where our roofing contractor had neglected to finish the siding. We contacted SWAT and made an appointment to have them come out and take a look. Making the appointment was fast and easy but I was worried about the day of the appointment because there was a snowstorm and I was called into work. I thought that I would have to reschedule but when I called I was assured that in this case I didn’t have to be at home for them to do the work. I was also worried that they might cancel because of the weather but they actually showed up early and I saw the technicians in my way out the door! I was so impressed! When I returned I saw that they had sealed off the hole in our siding with a wire door so that if any animals were still in the roof they could get out but wouldn’t be able to get back in. Needless to say we’ve had great sleep ever since and we aren’t worried about any more damage being done to our roof. Kudos to SWAT and their fabulous , friendly staff for a job well done! Highly recommended!!!
