We had a great experience with Old West right from our first consultation through to the installation. Rick was very knowledgeable about every detail of the window spec right to the installation. He took the time to walk us through all the options and ensured that we were well informed. The installation process went very smooth. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They took great care of protecting our floors and cleaned up after themselves. The final product looks great and we look forward to replacing the remainder of our windows with them in the future.

Francis and his crew of installers did a fantastic job of the installation and we able to deliver a quality job and got the job done in the committed timeframe. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions and were quick to address any concerns that we had. I am looking forward to working with All Floors again for our next flooring project.
