Randy was at my home within 24 hours of my request for a quote on a mini split air conditioning system. He was friendly, courteous and we discussed my possible options. He promised he could deliver within 2 weeks, and he did. Both the electrician and the HVAC staff (Jonathan and his team) were great to work with. They cleaned up very well after themselves, worked quietly around my daughter and I who were working from home while they were there, and explained everything as they went along. They helped me to come up with solutions that were both efficient and as cost effective as possible, for my needs now and in the future. Randy came by both days (during electrical work and HVAC install) to check in with the guys. The office staff were thorough and polite. In summary, the experience was solidly pleasant and I am very happy with the unit. I definitely plan to work with this company in the future.

Paid for sliding glass door and double front doors. Within 3 weeks the post on the front door broke so now can't use double doors. For the first 3 days I couldn't even secure my front door...very stressful. Turns out it was installed improperly putting too much pressure on it. I've been chasing the company ever since (now almost 2 months) and still no repair and no one ever calls me, I have to do all the tracking down. Never an apology for the inconvenience. I can't use the double doors to bring furniture into the house. Every time I call I am told their "guys" are too busy with other jobs. Was planning to do all the windows in my house with this company but that won't be happening now. Not impressed at all with the quality of workmanship or customer service.

As we now know due to your porch foundation shifting from this year’s colder than normal stretch, the pressure of this upward force caused the system to not work as designed. We can understand why this would not be obvious & thus we are sure this contributed to the excessive force being put on the center post when opening the door in order to move your furniture, causing it to crack. We understand that initially adjusting the latch to allow the system to continue to work for the period while waiting for the manufacturer to remake the necessary post structure would seem to the uninitiated to be a very simplistic fix. However some processes are just out of our control. We do however take responsibility for not keeping you informed regularly during the process and for this we sincerely apologize. Improved customer communication processes have been adopted to improve the customer experience. Now that everything has now been fixed to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to contact us if you should have any other concerns. Bought 5 new appliances at this store hoping that they would be able to deliver on solid customer service but this has not been the case. I selected a fridge and the salesman suggested I move up to the next model in that series as it was almost same price but more features. I asked him if it would still fit in my kitchen space (I had dimensions on a piece of paper) and he went to get a measuring tape, measured, and said yes it would..."it would be tight, but it would fit". Well it didn't fit all the way in and my friend who was receiving the appliances for me while I was with my movers told delivery guy to just leave it behind and we would sort it out later. I called my sales rep right away and went into the store 2 days later to pick out a different model, agreeing to purchase the in store model. I also had to an add an apt size freezer as the new fridge didn't have a freezer. Now, 2 weeks later I still don't have them. Said I'd get the fridge in another week but they couldn't find a freezer. Delivery was delayed looking for a freezer, many unreturned phone calls, me having to continually be calling the sales guy to ensure he hasn't forgotten he was doing this, a company that can't keep up with its delivery needs, and staff who are too busy to complete their jobs properly (many dropped balls). I have asked to speak to the Manager 3 times in the past 2 weeks and all 3 times I'm told they are "too busy" and that they should deal with whoever answered the phone. When I finally insisted two days ago that I be allowed to speak to the Manager I was told they'd take my name and number and leave a message but the Manager would likely go home after this last customer they are dealing with and they can't guarantee when that manager would return my call. 48 hours later, still no word from the Manager. Even had to get my own installer because they said they didn't even recommend their own installer ! Really wishing I'd gone with another retailer if this is the promise of what I have in store over the years when my appliances act up. I would not recommend TA Appliances to anyone.
