We used Anna's Housekeeping Services for a few months. The results were very inconsistent. Most times we were disappointed with the end results. There were instances where the bathtub was not done, sinks were still dirty, stainless steel appliance were left with streaks. These concerns were shared with the company on a couple different occasions. One of their staff even added concentrated detergent to our steam cleaner making it unusable. In their defense, they did reimburse us for the steam cleaner but who in their right minds adds floor detergent to a steam cleaner? A little vinegar is ok but floor detergent? Unfortunately, we had to wash the floors ourselves with water and vinegar 3 times to get the cleaning product off the floors. The problem is that they never send the same people hence the inconsistency. And although they claim that they use their own supplies most cleaners would show-up with nothing at all. They used our vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, etc. The price may be cheaper than the average cleaning service but you get what you pay for.

Very satisfied by the services provided by Superior Air Duct Cleaning. The cost was as expected. Jeff and Nathan were the technicians sent to perform the work. They did their best not to disturb our living environment. They did a good job at cleaning up after the job was done. Would definitely recommend.
