Emailed Kenny late at night, didn't expect a response until the next day. Within minutes he promptly got back to us. We have approx. 25yr old brick home. He was here as soon as the winter was over and had the entire house bat proofed within a few hours. He is friendly, takes the time to answer any questions and does a clean job! Would definitely recommend. We noticed dropping on our porch he returned with in two days of this and checked things out put our mind at ease that the creatures were lingering around our home but not entering anymore.
