From inception to completion, the crews assigned to my home and my neighbours home conducted themselves in a very professional fashion. Work started at 7:00 a.m. and wrapped up at 2:30. The clean up was meticulous. Kudos to the management and crews for a job well done!

I purchased this unit and used for approx one year before it failed. The grinder stopped and water and coffee grinds spilled out of the bottom of the machine. Unit was maintained as per manufacturers requirements (filters, tablets etc). I packed it into the original carton and the shipping box from Hudson Bay and hand delivered it to the service centre (Canadian Agent) Groupe SEB. I was contacted by this firm later that the unit was repaired and that I could come and pick it up. Upon receipt, I was told by the last person at the counter (it was a friday, mid afternoon, apparently they close early) that the problem was a seal. He handed me the unit and bid me a good day. I should have realized something was awry. The box I brought this in was a new box and packaged in the shipping box from the Bay. The box he returned it to me in was a decrepit box with no packing material. By the time I fully realized what was going on, the door had closed and he had left the desk. The door no longer opened. I stood in the parking lot wondering what I should do.... Anyway, I went home, took it out and checked it.... It worked but I noticed that the front resevoir plate appeared more scratched than before. I looked at my manual, invoice and even the form that from the service centre didnt provide a serial so that I could double check that I had at least been returned the machine I took in. Regrettably no serial is documented (strange but true). Anyway, the unit worked and that was fine.... A year later, the exact same issue has once again ocurred! I doubt one matter has anything to do with the other but this is just ridiculous! I've returned the machine to them and asked how its possible that the same issue could happen again. it has been two weeks since it was sent in and it has yet to be serviced. I'll be furious once the tech looks at it and tells me that it's just outside of warranty.

My wife and I purchased a leather sectional from this firm after looking around for some time. The sofa arrived earlier which was great although we had to delay acceptance due to a prior arrangement made for the existing sofa. When the new section was delivered, ( the delivery firm was very professional) it was discovered that part of the sectional had minor damage. I was concerned about accepting the unit and thought it best just to return it. After a phone conversation with one of the staff at the store and a follow-up email providing assurances, I took delivery and paid the balance. Within the week a gentleman visited and inspected the damage. He agreed that it was best just to replace as opposed to cosmetically repair the damage and ordered in new leather for the damaged part of the sectional. Approx four weeks later the part arrived. I was expecting that the sofa would be removed from my home for the repair but as it turned out, the repairman performed the repair in my home professionally. My wife and I are delighted with the service performed and appreciate the efforts made to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.

This firm provided excellent service from inception to completion. Frank, the salesperson, is both a gentleman and an excellent and knowledgeable salesperson. The crew chosen for the installation of this job, (Saul and Jessie) worked tirelessly throughout the installation of my furnace and A/C. Although the installation by this crew had issues, Reliance Home Comfort went out of their way to ensure that the problems were resloved expeditiously and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend both this firm and particularly this sales representative who supported me long after the sale and installation had been performed.

Provided repairs and sealing for both the walkway and patio. Had difficulty obtaining a quote last year but this matter has now been resolved and the service has been performed this year to my satisfaction.

Sorry you feel this way but you did mention that the finished work looked great but you failed to mention your unprofessional verbal abuse on the phone with my staff.
It is company policy to not bring tools/toxic materials etc through the home and unfortunately this is the only way to get to your patio. I'm not sure what happened with Tom that was doing your re-sealing but to let you know - He is still in business doing this type of work.
As for Connie not responding to your quotation request of which she is usually on the ball with, I am sorry but at the time of your calls she was dealing with a family funeral and was off for days.
In your situation it may be best to simply wash and seal your patio yourself.
