Called the HUG group and Gordon responded very promptly to my inquiry. We had a mouse in the house. He came by a few hours later to help set up traps and other preventative measures. It worked! We haven't gotten another mouse in the house since. Also called him about some other insect control issues and was given great customer service. Highly recommend!
