Had a living/dining room redesign completed and rewiring done in our recently purchased small century old house in Junction area of Toronto. This was our first house purchase and didn’t know much of what work really went into such a reno but seen enough TV shows disasters that we racked up a list of questions and concerns that we wanted answered before starting this project. We first met with Luke from LCH and told him what we wanted done and literally showed him our list of questions and concerns. Despite our lack of knowledge and repetitive questions, he was quite patient, professional and polite with us and even spent time suggesting alternate designs to consider which we gratefully took. We hired LCH shortly after and were glad we did. Being a big reno one major concern was time, money of course and the inconvenience it would cause to our neighbours being a semi. But LCH met our schedule, stayed on budget and was respectful to our neighbours. Wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend these guys to anyone. Though… they did accidentally break a window which they told us about but they actually replaced it before we even realized with a new one so even better  Job list: Demolition, upgraded electrical, lights, floors/ceiling (incl levelling), walls, bar counter, paint, ducting, slight plumbing
