The workers that did the work were awesome, polite, clean and very knowledgeable. Was very impressed. The problem was they initially used the wrong product on my roof. Though they did correct the mistake, I was the one who caught the error not them. The product the had used was 2000 dollars less than the one I was quoted for. If I had not caught the error I don't think it would have been caught. They had already shingled my garage and half my house, before I noticed the mistake.

Although we have systems in place to ensure these things don’t happen, It was an administrative error that made it impossible for the crew to catch. I appreciate the fact that you caught it and immediately brought it to our attention.
