We wanted to renovate our patio and were very fortunate to have an acquaintance refer Manny at Viper Home Services to us. The existing patio was small and constructed of old concrete pavers. We wanted to enlarge the overall patio considerably and construct it with a beautiful stone product. This involved removal and disposal of the existing patio, thorough preparation of the base layer and then installation of the new stone. Every step of the way, Manny and his team were thoughtful, considerate and respectful to us, our neighbors and the property itself. Natanael, you and your team were absolutely the best from concept through to completion! Our project consisted of the complete gut and renovation of two bathrooms, a laundry room and living room. In addition, we also had all of the interior doors replaced, all of the interior baseboards replaced, all of the main floor ceilings smoothed, closets redesigned, duct work repositioned, fireplace converted, a lot of new electrical and a complete paint job throughout the entire home. We were on quite a tight timeline with our project but Natanael started the project on the exact day he said he would and completed everything in a timely manner. The few little things that were left at the end were dealt with quickly and with total cooperation. Price wise we felt NPC were very fair and they stick to their quote, no add-ons unless it was something we specifically asked for. What they do add on is a level of quality, care and consideration that is exemplary. The NPC team are genuinely nice guys who treated our home like their home. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and were always respectful to us and our neighbors. We received a top quality product from a top quality company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering any type of renovation.
