This store was refered to me by others in my company. I went to the customer service counter and stood in line. My turn came up and the man behind the counter cursed my God and walked away. Another man behind the counter was sitting on a chair and helped someone else behind me. I left without doing a purchase order. I was very disappointed and will share my experience with my company... - What could this company do to improve their services?
- Have better attitudes at the customer service desk especially at the Surrey location. Walking away from a contractor is not good for your business. Preferred treament to friends is also not good policy as you will never know who it is in front of you. I represent a large company and even though my face was not familiar to your staff, no one cared about me or my business.
