We had bats entering our home and called exterminators for prices etc. After hearing conflicting stories from them we contacted Bats Canada. Kenny responded very fast. He assessed & quoted. Then came out the next afternoon and put in 6-1/2hrs finding entry points, installing one way doors and sealing off all possible entry points around the house. He installed screens on all vents, replaced flashing and caulked the entire perimiter of the house where the brick meets the roof. No more bats after that. He called back a couple of days later to make sure all was well. All I can say is call Kenny and no one else if you have bats. What a professional, prompt, efficient man he is to clean up your bat problems. Plus, after all the caulking work he did our home will no doubt be more energy efficient.
