Beware, beware. This firm misdiagnosed, mislead; totally incompetent. There are competent repair people out there. This firm is NOT one of them. This company is the poster child as to why tough consumer protection laws are needed. Not only did they not repair, they left damage in the wake. An honest firm cleaned up after them at far less price and with the correct part.
Adriano bailed us out after we had dealt with a firm who not only misdiagnosed the problem with our fridge but, had we followed through, would have dinged us nearly $1,000 for unnecessary repairs. Adriano diagnosed the real problem (the other company was so far off the mark to be either incompetent or fraudulent); made repairs as quick as he could after getting the necessary part, and called back several days after the work was completed to make sure all was still good. No hesitation in recommending fully a competent and honest service provided by Adriano.
