The job is done and I couldn't be happier. My 22 year old cedar shake roof needed some TLC so I got three quotes from companies that specialize in that kind of thing by searching Homestars. All three came out to my house and checked the roof but Arco seemed to do the better job. Not only did they inspect the condition of the roof, they followed up the inspection with a face-to-face meeting to explain what needed to be repaired and why - they even took pictures of the problem areas to that I could see for myself what they were talking about. It was also a plus that the guy sitting down with me and explaining the results of the inspection was the owner of the company - Art. Arco's quote was based on a thorough inspection and gave me confidence that they were going to be fixing everything that needed to be fixed, no more no less, and there wouldn't be any "surprises". OK, that's all great, but could they deliver. Yup, they did. The work was done quickly, safely and (what appears to my untrained eye) to be good workmanship. The crew of three young men was friendly and courteous and hard working. Good crew Art. Price-wise, Arco was very competitive. They weren't the lowest quote, but they weren't far off. I feel I got a quality job for a fair price. When my roof is due for another round of maintenance in 4 or 5 years I'll be giving these guys a call for sure.

David painted the exterior of our new garage doors and the exterior of our old front door and two bathroom vanities. Excellent work, great price! He came when he promised he would, left everything neat and tidy when he left. We couldn't be happier with the work he did. We've already mentioned him to a number of friends and he'll be the first one we call if we've got another paint job in the future.
